Our pharmacies
One affiliated pharmacy. Fully disclosed.
Prescriptions written by a Pep Club physician are filled by our affiliated compounding pharmacy by default. The relationship, the entities, and your right to choose another pharmacy are all disclosed here.

Our pharmacy partner
A single affiliated pharmacy, disclosed in full.
We believe one material relationship is easier to audit than five. Our affiliated compounding pharmacy is the default fulfillment partner for every prescription written by a Pep Club physician, and the relationship is disclosed in full.
Affiliated compounding pharmacy
CONDUCTOR-TEST-PHARMACY
Compounding specialty
503A compounding for patient-specific prescriptions, with 503B capability available through affiliated partners where a physician prescribes outside 503A scope.
Inspection and BAA
Inspection reports and BAA status are available to patients on request through the compliance contact below.
The commercial relationship
How the MSO, PC, and pharmacy fit together.
The Pep Club operates under the standard MSO / PC structure for healthcare software. Knowing how these entities connect should be straightforward for patients.
Separate entities, written agreements
The Pep Club MSO is the technology and marketing entity. A separately owned professional corporation employs the physicians you see. A Management Services Agreement between the two entities governs how services are delivered.
No volume-based compensation
Physicians are compensated hourly or per-consult. Compensation is never tied to the volume of prescriptions written or to routing a prescription to any specific pharmacy.
Your right to choose a pharmacy
Any prescription written by a Pep Club physician can be filled at a pharmacy of your choosing. Our affiliated compounding pharmacy is the default because the formulary, BAA, cold-chain shipping, and prescription status integration are already in place.
Full disclosure at checkout
Before any first charge runs, the specific pharmacy relationship, states served, and your right to fill elsewhere are disclosed in the subscription flow. The language lives on this page so you can read it before signing up.
Transparency should be the baseline.
We publish every material relationship in our care model. If you need more detail than this page provides, we welcome the question.
