What you should know before subscribing.
How does the biomarker kit work?
Each month you receive an at-home capillary blood collection kit (Tasso+ or equivalent). Collect in minutes, drop the kit in the mail with the prepaid label, and results land in your portal within 48-72 hours.
Do biomarker plans include medication?
No - biomarker plans cover monthly testing, AI interpretation, and physician review only. Medications are a separate monthly subscription. You can hold a biomarker plan alone, a medication alone (after a baseline), or both.
Can I subscribe to a medication without a biomarker plan?
Medications require a baseline so the physician can prescribe safely. You can either subscribe to a biomarker plan, or sign in and upload recent labs (within 90 days). Either path satisfies the baseline requirement.
What if a marker is flagged?
Flagged results route to a licensed physician on your panel for review. If the physician recommends a protocol adjustment, you are offered a telehealth visit; medication is filled by our affiliated pharmacy.
Do you ship to all states?
We launch in states where our affiliated pharmacy is licensed and where we have a physician licensed to review results. Eligibility is checked before signup.
